Agricultural careers and education are proudly supported by many businesses, organizations, and individuals.  Many scholarship opportunities are available if you are furthering your education in agriculture.  Scholarships are a great way to make your education more affordable.  This page is reviewed and updated on a regular basis so bookmark this page and check back often for updates.  Due to the substantial growth of this page, it’s now categorized into applications that are currently open and applications that are currently closed.

Applications that are currently open:

AgCareers.com (apply by November 20, 2026) – students must be currently enrolled in post-secondary school with at least one semester left after 2025, student must be studying agriculture

MAELC – Minnesota Agriculture Education Leadership Council Scholarships (application due Feb. 1, July 1 and Nov. 1 of each year)

Midwest Dairy – Multiple scholarships available and application deadlines vary

Minnesota 4-H Scholarships – includes a variety of scholarships with various deadlines

Minnesota Crop Production Retailers (applications open Sept. 8, 2026 and must be postmarked by Nov. 2, 2026)

Minnesota Horse Council (application due Oct. 1, 2026)

Minnesota State Workforce Development Scholarships – $2,500.00 scholarships for field of agriculture

Ralph K. Morris Foundation (application deadline Oct. 31, 2026)
